install win2k3 sp2 lost "help and support" service

    Hi there,
just applied win2k3 SP2 on a DC (which holds all FSMOs).
Right after that, it is noticed that the "Help and Support" service
disappeared from services list and therefore can not be started.
Can anyone guide me how to fix it?
    thanks in advance

Works also on normal 2003 server, did it myself more often until now:

    Does it require a reboot?

    No, didn't reboot for that.

My problem is similar except the "Help and Support" service is not in the list of services that can be started.
