Creating a Boot CD Rom from a Windows .img file

I have downloaded the new Window Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition Service
Pack 2 trial file from Microsoft. (file name: X13-05665.img) Can anyone help
me to create a bootable cd-rom from this file. I can't understand the
instructions that I received from Microsoft. I'm using Roxio Easy Media
Creator 9 Suite. I have tried to create a Boot Cd from the program, but it
can boot to my machine. I have a Boot Cd with Server 2003 R2 Enterprise
Edition Service Pack 1 that can be booted on the same machine. I'm I doing
something wrong or do I not understand have to create the Boot Cd.

    Please help me,

    Tanks, and many regards

    Hello Classe,

I am not familier with roxio since i started using Nero a couple years
ago, But an .img file is a "cd image" you'll have to dig around roxio to
find some sort of button that says "burn from ISO" or "burn image". If
Roxio doesn't reconzie the file as a cd image change the extension of the
file to .iso and try it.

    Hope this helps :)
