    It is dangerous to enlarge c system partition! u'd better backup the data before you do that.
    And here, I highly recommended a third-party partition tool, easeus partition master for you. it is cheaper, but good and reliable.

    I'm sure this has long been resolved... But, just in case. Fast and easy way is to open the mmc on a 2008 server and add disk management addin for 2003 machine. right click on the partition you want to extend, and you'll see the option to extend it.
