    Event ID 2019

    Hi,

SInce we installed a new W2K3 server, a few months ago, we have had a number
of what I call silent crashes. The server does not blue screen or auto
restart (as configured), but just becomes unresponsive and looses network
connectivity. It all start's with the 2019 event and:

The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the
    pool was empty.

The following MS article seemed too explain the sitution:

    http://support.microsoft.com/default...s;272568&sd=ee

However this refers to W2K server and the use of Norton AV, however we use
    Trend ServerProtect.

Has anyone had/having a similar experience?

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Mark

You may want to identify the memory leak in order to narrow down the source
of the problem. Also, a few suggestions for this event id can be found here:

We are also having the same problem. We also run Trend Micro Server
Protect. Did you ever resolve this? You may email me directly at

    Thanks
