IIS 7 - problem with access to FTP

Hello,
I am using IIS 7...
I have no problem connect to FTP server in LAN.
I configured router (port forwarding) and I can see that FTP port is listening.

I thought that maybe ISP provider is blocking port 21 so I changed the default port

WAN
ftp://xx.xx.xx.xx:2121

I use this to various browsers (IE 9, Firefox, Chrome) but the result is same. I can see the logon screen. When I inserted bad password, server forbidden the access. When I insert right password, FTP is not working "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Tests:

Do you have any idea why the FTP is not working ? Thank you in advance

Well I am suggesting that you should check the status of FTP port by using following command.

netstat –an

Also see that you have configured the firewall in the way so that it can allow FTP traffic.
