    move a Vmware 2008 R2 fail over cluster to a stand a lone 2008 R2 server

Does anyone know how we could move a Vmware 2008 R2 fail over cluster to a stand a lone 2008 R2 server? We want the server name to be the same as the cluster name at some point so we do not need to change anything at the workstations.

Is it possible to make a new server then migrate all the printers then shut down the print cluster and then rename the new server to the old print server cluster name and even change the IP address to the same as what the clustered resource was using?

I think that you want to activate just one windows 2008 and run copy of it on your exsi, well i would suggest you to take the snapshot of the Activated win and Shut it down and copy the folder[vmdk files and the vmxs files] with a new name and add the same vmx file to the inventory with the different name and power it up change the ip and the computer name.
