Server Installation with SCCM 2010

I am trying to do installation of Server with SCCM 2010 (System Center Configuration Manager). I have tried lot of things but was not successful in installing server. So thought to take some help from you members. I also don't know about the system requirements for server installation with SCCM 2010, so there are chances that hardware requirement may cause the problem. Please provide requirements for Server Installation with SCCM 2010 along with the procedures needed for installation. I am expecting some quick responses from you members as you always do.

The prerequisites necessary hardware to install Forefront Server EndPoint Protection are:

• Memory: 2GB RAM
• Available disk space:
  
  • EFF server: 600 MB
  • Database EFF: 1.25 GB
  • Database reports EFF: 1.25 GB

It should be noted that the requirements may vary depending on the roles or the load on the server.

The installation of infrastructure Forefront EndPoint Protection 2010 requires certain prerequisites from the following:

• Operating system: Windows Server 2003 SP2 or later
• No version of the EFF should be installed on the server
• No other antivirus installed on the server
• Windows Installer 3.1 or greater must be present
• .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 must be installed
• The SQL Server Requirements:
  
  • You can use: SQL Server 2005 SP3 Standard or Enterprise, SQL Server 2008 Standard or Enterprise, SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard or Enterprise.
  • The SPN (Service Principal Name) service account running SQL Server must be registered with the domain.
  • The service SQL Server Agent must be started and in automatic startup mode.
• The user account performing the installation of VET will own the database and the following jobs:
  
  • FEPDB_XXX (database)
  • FEPDW_XXX (database)
  • FEP_DataWarehouseMaintenance_FEPDW_XXX (job)
  • FEP_DB_Maintenance_FEPDB_XXX (job)
  • FEP_GetNewData_FEPDW_XXX (job)
  • FEP_GetNewDataOnInstall_FEPDW_XXX (job)

System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Service Pack 2 must be installed with all default roles. The functionality of SCCM Reporting Services R2/R3 must be installed and properly configured. The Configuration Manager client agents must be enabled and configured:

• Hardware Inventory
• Advertised Programs
• Desired Configuration Management

To enable these agents, open the Administrative Console System Center Configuration Manager on the site where you want to install EndPoint Protection Forefront. Expand the Site Database tree => Website Management => <SITECODE> - <sitename> => Site Settings => Client Agents. Open the various agents mentioned above and make sure they are enabled and configured correctly.
