Windows 2003, Sharing and Security Tab Disable?

Need Help, B' z my Sharing and Security Tab becomes Disable from my server 2003 again & again.

Are you sure that you are a domain controller on the server and you have setup the same on the basis of the same. I am sure that if you are the administrator then you will definitely able to view the mentioned tab.
