    Cant install an SSL Certificate

We have self signed SSL certificate and have been using it from long, but for some reason there are 3 users that are not able to install the same SSL certificate. They are getting some error which says that "Invalid Public Key Security Object File" and then it further reads that "This file is invalid for use as the following: Security Certificate." Can anyone tell me if the same file is working on other computer then why cant for this 3 users? Thanks

Have the users tried to renew the CA before the old one Expired with them? There are some links that tell you about the SSL CA and troubleshooting the issue that you can check below:

RE: Cant install an SSL Certificate

We have solved this issue and came to know why the same file was not working for all the users. What I found out was that the 3 users that I know about were using GroupWise rather than Outlook and the mail system, which I dont know for sure, is doing something or the other to corrupt the file but after emailing a TXT attachment to get it out quickly, the problem got solved.
