"Security Toolbar 7.1"

I don’t have any idea from where did I got this toolbar named Security 7.1 on my windows XP computer. I also noticed two new icons on my system tray; one is triangle icon with yellow exclamation mark and second is a blue circle with yellow cross. It shows a pop every ten minutes saying something about a spyware linked to "Spylocked". Any idea what is wrong with my system?
