Access Denied. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents

I have windows XP installed in my system and since yesterday whenever i am trying to access my documents folder i get an error message saying "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents is not accessible. Access Denied." I am logged in as administrator.
