    remove a file from c:\recycler

I am a having a file on my system that I strongly feel is infected with malware or spyware. I tried deleting it from the desktop but it won’t allow me to do so. Later I tried doing it from Safe Mode but as the file is related to winlogon it wont allow me to do it from there as well.

Later anyhow I managed to delete it from registry but it use to come back again after reboot. So I downloaded a Boot Cd and entered recovery console but still it won’t allow me to remove the file from c:\recycler\S-1-5-~1\dc149\efecc.dll. Even changing it attributes to recycler folder wont work.

So do you guys have any other way to delete it from the location and from recycle as well?

Usually I would have done this in safe mode. Login to safe mode and remove it from registry. Once done, reboot it in normal mode. See if it works.
