Antivirus 2010

Does anyone know about this Antivirus 2010 program which is supposedly suggested by Microsoft but there are some miss spelled words in the pop up that I am getting. I already have McAfee installed on my machine but it doenst detect anything? I am getting "malicious software modifying my files" message from the Antivirus 2010 to some different website but I dont think it is a good idea to click on same, since I could become a victim, so how do I remove this thing?

It is just another fraud program. These applications generally display fake warnings and malware detections in order to entice users to buy the application and thus ‘disinfect’ their system. Over time, the mechanisms used to avoid detection and distribute these applications have become more complex - code obfuscation is now common, and botnets are utilized for widespread distribution.
