Active Directory Current time & Local Time configuration

I had configured Active Directory as Time Server. It is the default server which will provide a proper time sync to all the workstations in the network. Now to check when I type net time in cmd I get current time as correct. But in workstation when I did the same I get the local time which is late compared to Time server. It looks the workstations are not properly synced with the Time Server. I am not able to find what I am doing wrong here. Any ideas ?

You can begin fixing this problem by checking the time zone settings. Also do not forget to to view daylight saving time. For detailed information you can read the link below. It will guide you to troubleshoot the time configuration issue. It is not complicated to understand configure.
