Function address 0x4f65a5aa caused a protection fault

Every pc on my network server is giving error while using printer. The error is -- function address 0x4f65a5aa caused a protection fault. I am getting this error on each client I have on my network. I am using Windows 2000 Server SP4. The printer which is configured on my server HP2420. There is one more printer. It is HP LaserJet P3005 Printer. Both printer were working fine. None of my client is working and able to access printer. What should I do.

I think this some kind of driver problem in your system. I got a nice kb article that has ample of information which can help you to fix the issue. The link below has detail on error and how to troubleshoot the same. You can start with driver setup first. Then go with other options. That would be much better.

You receive an error message when you try to open the Properties dialog box for a network printer on a Windows XP-based computer or on a Windows Server 2003-based computer
