How to fix Run Time error 75 - Path/File access error on Windows 2000

I am trying to install a software in Windows 2000 and Windows XP which runs webcamera. In Windows XP the setup was fine and there was no errors. I am also having a Vista system configured separately. The software was also installed on that. The setup was proper. Now in Windows 2000 when I try to run the application I am getting error error "75" - Path/File access error. What does it refers to. How can I fix the error. I am getting the same error on Vista also.

I think the issue lies with low privileges. Just right click on the setup and choose Run As > Administrator. Follow the screen instructions. If this does not work then there are number of other problem with your system. Your application might be corrupted. You have to arrange a new setup for it. If you are getting the same error on all systems, then it is better you arrange for a new installation file and then re-run the same.
