CI Service Event ID 4109 Error on Windows Server

My server performance has degraded to great extent. I do not know why. But I had performed some recent updates. The error that I had seen was some Event ID 4109. I am having large amount of documents in the server. I am trying to perform Master Merge of all documents. I had done this before also. But this time I am getting error and it is not working well. Also the system is working very slow.

I'd sure like to get some insight into this as I just received the same notification. After checking the Event Viewer, I have the message: Master merge has completed on c:\system volume information \catalog.wci. I don't run a server. I'm running Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The issue occurs due to .chm file %WINDIR%\Help\. The file name is isconcepts. You can disable that and then error will be disabled. It is the only way to fix the problem. There can be some internal server issue also. I will advice you to look for the options to disable isconcepts if they are not used.
