Increasing the size of the Limit profile size GPO object past 30MB

I had seen a KB article on web that shows some information on a error which appeared when you try to limit profile size. The maximum profile size which is alloted is around 30MB for a user. But I think this really does not work. I tried it, but getting error. I want to know that does anyone is able to get it work properly. And if yes then how. Thanks.

I followed the process listed in below link and it is working. There is no error. For that you have to configure a new policy. Do not try to modify the existing one. I am her using Group Policy Management Snap-in. But on the same hand when I try to use the standard group policy interface directly in DC I found that you can go with higher settings. There are more options available in that.

Error message may occur when you increase the maximum profile size
