The Taiwanese manufacturer Acer Unveils new PC monitor XG270HU intended to gamers.

The monitor Acer XG270HU has the distinction of being compatible with the FreeSync technology developed by AMD to compete with the G-Sync technology from Nvidia. Recall that both have the task of ensuring a better synchronization between the screen and the graphics card to reduce concerns such as saccades and tears. A recent Radeon graphics card is of course required in the case of FreeSync while it is necessary to have a model of GeForce with G-Sync.

Acer announces XG270HU monitor besides this a gray-to-gray response time of 1 millisecond refresh rate of 144 Hz, a definition of 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, viewing angles of 178 degrees and ultra thin edges that should be delight to fans of multi-screen configurations. It also takes advantage of an audio system of 2 x 2 Watts. In terms of connectivity, there are two DVI ports, an HDMI 2.0 port and one DisplayPort 1.2 port.

It remains to wait for information about the marketing on the different market.
