An update for Lollipop 5.1 should arrive in the first quarter of 2015 with many bug fixes and the return of a feature.

After minor update of 5.0.1, things seem to accelerate to Android 5.1. To believe AndroidPIT that keeps saying about its information from two separate sources, Android 5.1 will be released at the end of February 2015. The site based in Germany itself publishes release notes.

They mention improvements in the management of the RAM, the correction of a sudden closure problem for some applications or a concern for excessive battery consumption on Wi-Fi.

It is not clear whether the new features is lacking in these release notes or if there simply will be not, but in any case, it indicated the addition of the silent mode. If necessary, it will therefore be a return to the mode that was missing on some devices with Android 5.0.
