After smartwatches, it is the turn of TVs with full Android OS to invite on the market, and Sony plans to offer this type of screens from the beginning of next year.

Many manufacturers have announced to be on the verge of proposing TVs equipped with Android TV since the introduction of the OS by Google in June.

And Sony should offer its first TVs with the Google system starting in February 2015. The firm currently would conduct a variety of tests, and mass production will be launched in January.

Affected screens should thus offer direct access to the Google Play Store to allow users to enjoy all of their Google applications, but also services such as Play Music, Play Movies or Google Cast.

Android TVs

On the sidelines of this, the Sony TVs should also include a feature allowing them to access the PlayStation Now as well as PS4 Remote Play to enjoy the brand's gaming environment.

According to sources, the television in question should be offered in various formats, Full HD as well as Ultra HD for prices between 700 and 4000 dollars. Sony is expected to present new products at CES in Las Vegas to be held next January.
