While tomorrow will open the doors of the Paris Motor Show in Paris, Pioneer announced the compatibility of some of its radios with Apple CarPlay system.

To make its system a successful multimedia platform, Apple has not only moved closer to the car manufacturers, but also has made some accessories.

And Pioneer is the first in France to unsheathe, since CarPlay is now available for 5 of its radios marketed through a simple update. The update in question concerns models like F60DAB, F960DAB, F960BT, F860BT and X8600BT.

CarPlay should allow users to sync their Apple smartphone directly to the console of their vehicle, and enjoy a common set of applications to the iPhone like play, message or open music applications.

A new model is added to this list, the DA120 with a 4x50W amplifier and touch screen charged at 429 euros and is also available in France .

Finally, Spotify also announced to make it compatible with the CarPlay environment, its application from finally settling on the Apple system. The question is whether other manufacturers and automakers will unveil more concrete partnerships.
