The site GFXBench, specializing in benchmarks, has unveiled the technical details of the highly anticipated Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone, and there are a few surprises that await you.
For a few months now that the rumors about the successor to the Xperia Z2 have surfaced, and this time it is through a Benchmarks site that we learn a little more about the Xperia Z3.
Named as Sony D6603 on GFXBench, there are a lot of similar specifications of Z2, which is disappointing for users who were waiting for big changes.
And it starts with the choice of processor, which is not finally a Snapdragon 801 platform but a Snapdragon 800 clocked at 2265 MHz, coupled with Adreno 330 graphics solution and 3GB of RAM.

- Screen: 5.1 inch in a definition of 1920x1080 pixels
- Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 clocked at 2265 MHz
- RAM: 3 GB of which 2.7 GB is available
