Chinese manufacturer Huawei unveiled a new smartphone called Ascend G6 at the MWC 2014 in Barcelona, ​​with a quad core configuration and 4G LTE support positioned in the midrange.

Ascend G6 is a smartphone that is revealed by the Chinese manufacturer Huawei for the MWC 2014 in Barcelona and is placed on a midrange niche. And if it is not as thin as the Ascend P6, it will still be less than 8 mm thick.

Huawei Ascend G6 has a display 4.5" qHD resolution (960 x 540 pixels), and features a quad core processor of 1.2 GHz whose origin is not known and will be available in a 3G version but also a 4G LTE support (150 Mbps).

At the rear, there is an 8 megapixel digital camera with Sony sensor and LED flash, while a 5 megapixel camera on the front. The smartphone ships with a 2000 mAh battery and offers wireless connectivity standard with the NFC support.

The 3G version of the Huawei Ascend G6 will be available in the first quarter of 2014, while the 4G LTE version will be available from April. The price will be attractive as it is announced to 249€.
