It has been nearly six months since Microsoft officially announced that the Nokia firm wish to redeem $7.2 billion, and the deal could finally be signed before the end of the quarter.

Six months after the announcement that totally surprised the mobile market and always raised some questions about its evolution, mainly on the Windows Phone segment, Microsoft could fasten the acquisition of Nokia by the end of March.

Late last week, the manufacturer of smartphones has renewed its intention to end the operation as soon as possible, taking advantage of a press conference to declare that the light tax worries that the brand knows in India, one of its plants should not slow the acquisition process.

According to initial reports the new CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella, which highlighted the need for Microsoft to become more involved in the mobile market, it will probably not be the Redmond giant that will slow the integration of Nokia in its ranks.

In addition, there was a new request that will include the famous Normandy, the first Android smartphone from Nokia which should be presented at MWC next week, but more importantly what will happen to Windows Phone 8.

With the acquisition of Nokia, Microsoft will have all the cards to study, design, assemble and disseminate the Windows Phone which it dreams of. The company could thus finally achieve the perfect Windows Phone, at least according to its own criteria, with hand over all elements of the design supply chain. Needless to say, the expectations of users will be high.
