The French manufacturer Archos is interested in making Windows Phone: if the CEO has not given a release date of a mobile device using the Microsoft OS, it intends to propose a tagline - "when the time comes."

Archos is usually associated with the Android platform, but the French manufacturer may soon add another string to its bow. According to a statement in Trusted Review by Loic Poirier, CEO of the company, the company would be interested in Windows Phone.

"We will launch a Windows Phone device when the time comes" said the CEO of Archos. In a market dominated by Nokia - 92.3% according to figures are released by AdDuplex in January - the French firm could therefore soon propose one or more device-based mobile operating system from Microsoft, but with a sense of timing belonging to it.

Moreover, since the beginning of the year, Sony and Samsung are mentioned to join the short list of handset manufacturers for Windows Phone, Archos could make the choice of an alternative low cost too. Stay tuned.
