For a smartphone that takes a new concept, Nokia Normandy/Nokia X comes in the limelight again and continues to be in the leaks.

The Nokia Normandy would be the first Android smartphone from Nokia with a wrapper which takes its Lumia models Windows Phone and the amount of leakage suggests that it is about more than just a pilot project.

EvLeaks, causing various information about it, from its design to its interface, maintains that its trade name will be Nokia X and provides features in line with what has been discussed so far.

Nokia X/Nokia Normandy

Nokia X is a derivative of the Asha range oriented entry level and, as such, it would ship a 4" display with a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels with a dual core 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM and 4GB storage space expandable via microSD card.

On the back we find a 5 megapixel camera and the device must carry a 1500 mAh battery. EvLeaks also tells that this smartphone will have access to Nokia Store and third-party applications, and will come with a double SIM card slot in a range of six colors.

The device is positioned in the entry level and could specifically target emerging markets with an aggressive price. Its formalization will occur either during the MWC 2104 in Barcelona in late February or via an event at the end of March.
