Again in the CES 2014, LG announced this time details about the successor to the Pocket Photo, a miniature printer that it launched at the previous edition.

LG introduced yesterday Pocket Photo 2, a new printer to perform small photo prints and stickers for mobility. The new model improves slightly almost every characteristic of the former model.

The printer is based on an evolution to begin the process of printing ink Zink, bringing the resolution to 600 dots per inch, which is welcome on small prints to 7.5 x 5 cm. In addition, it is now compatible with computers running Windows 8 and derivatives with addition to phones and tablets of Apple and Android.

It includes NFC and Bluetooth connectivity for approaching a compatible device to associate and automatically start printing. Finally autonomy has been improved and extended to 30 impressions despite reduced to 20 mm.

No price or dates have been disclosed yet, but its predecessor had been launched for 150 euros.
