The application is as a direct competitor to Spotify, Deezer and even iRadio. Google Play Music All Access is a pay offer that provides access to a music library consisting of several million titles whose rights are held by Universal Music, Warner Music Group or Sony.

Interesting part of the functioning of Music All Access is the ability to store up to 20,000 songs online with a placeholder and the "open" access to playback up to 10 different devices (but restricted to the use of same account).
