Google Play Store Gets A New Look On The Web

In April, the Google Play Store had a new look on Android devices with the release of an application version 4.0. This new version of Google Play Store is now available on the web.

"We made some changes. Google Play has been redesigned for easier navigation and discovery of new products," says Google. This is an opportunity to find a much clearer interface and categories better organized on the web.

For applications that can be transferred to an Android device saved for later installation, consultation is taking up the whole screen and you can find all relevant information on one page.

The screenshots are of much larger size. You can scroll to view similar applications or developer without changing the pages.

A side panel on the left is dedicated to navigation between each category and for specific menus for each category. The field of research is positioned against by the top of the page.

There is nothing new but just the interface has been revised to adapt to different screen sizes and images are rearranged according to the window size of the browser used to view the site. Unlike the previous version, the new version fits much better with large screens. In general, the site is now much more refined: the pages display fewer items and give more importance to practical information.
