The most awaited Sony Xperia Tablet Z is now officially launched in India and available at the price of Rs. 46,990/-. Earlier Sony launched Xperia Z smartphone which was a great hit for the brand because of Dust resistance and Waterproof packaging as well as high end configuration. Following the same they have now launched the Xperia Z Tablet which is also a Waterproof and dust resistant with powerful configuration.
The new Xperia Tablet Z features Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 powered 10.1-inch HD WUXGA Display with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolutions. As per configuration it is powered with 1.5 GHz asynchronous quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor along with 2 GB of RAM making the Tablet run lag free proving smooth performance and Multitasking. It will support all High End Android games and application available on Google Play. Running on Android 4.1 it comes with 8 Megapixel rear camera having Exmor R mobile sensor as well as a 2 Megapixel front-facing camera. Both cameras are capable to capture videos at Full HD 1080p resolutions and of course high quality images.
Xperia Tablet Z also seems good in connectivity options. It includes all decent connectivity solutions which we find in high end devices including 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, MHL, GPS / GLONASS and NFC. As per storage we the tab comes in two variants including a 16GB onboard storage with expandable memory slot , and a 32GB GB variant. That means we can storage huge number of Videos, files and other data on the device. There is also no problem of the battery as the device is running on 6000 mAh Battery from which we can expect battery life for a day atleast in one charge.
Sony also providing some free services such as 6 months unlimited streaming and music download from Sony Music at free of cost. Xperia Tablet Z is now already available online for purchase at the price of Rs 46,990/-
