Download Google Earth 7.1 with support for Leap Motion
To celebrate Earth Day, Google announced the release of Google Earth to version 7.1 with, among others, supporting the Leap module for gesture recognition.
The virtual world of Google is continually enriched with new features. Version 7.0, available since last October, introduced virtual tours with the extraction of information from Wikipedia. Three months later, Google enriched its application 100000 tour around the world.
On its official Google+ profile, the Google Earth team announced the availability of its software to version 7.1. The latter has the effect of supporting the housing designed by Leap Motion and proposing to add a new ergonomic applications every day. Specifically, Leap supports the recognition of the user's fingers, which will then be able to rotate the globe with a wave of the hand or zoom in on an area with the famous pinch to zoom.
Recall that Leap has signed agreements with ASUS and HP to be embedded directly within the next computer manufacturers. Currently available for pre-order, Leap boxes will be delivered in the next month.
