New mouse for gamers from Gigabyte called "Aivia Uranium" is accompanied by a separate screen and displays a very effective autonomy for a device of this type: 70 hours. The firm has not yet given the price of this new mouse yet.
The Aivia Uranium is a wireless mouse that works with two rechargeable LR6 battery. Obviously, it is the improved version of the M8600, which showed a range of 50 hours of use. This new model goes further and can work up to 70 hours before being charged. Gigabyte states that it takes three hours for the 'Aivia Uranium' to regain its full autonomy as well.
The mouse can be recharged on the Macro Ghost dock, which also acts as the wireless receiver, but it is also possible to connect via USB to continue to use it even if the battery gets flat. In addition, the docking station has a monocrome OLED screen that displays its charge rate and its various settings.
The rest of the specifications of this mouse were correct: thus, Aivia Uranium features a 5600 dpi laser sensor adjustable on the fly, 10 programmable buttons, and manages five profiles. It can also be illuminated in 4 colors via its integrated LED: blue, green, red and purple.
The mouse will be available commercially in June, still at an undisclosed price.
