Share tweets via email now

Twitter users can now share their tweets via email. Twitter has announced this new feature and it is said to be available for all their users this week. One can Share tweets via email to people you want, no matter they use Twitter or not. One will have to simply click on the more icons which will be next to reply button. One can add their comment and forward it to others via email along with Tweet and comment together.



This new sharing feature is available via similar third party Twitter application like TweetDeck and Hootsuite. Twitter seems to be pumping itself to compete with Facebook and other social networking websites. They have come up with new features like Instagram-like photo filters, updated TweetDeck and newsletter previously and now its tweets via email feature.

I doubt if people will use it, I mean if one is not having a twitter account than its obvious he/she might not be interested in using it. I don’t see any point in forwarding tweets and comments to such users.
