HTC announced Windows Phone 8X and 8S in India

HTC has announced windows phone naming Windows Phone 8X and Windows Phone 8S. Windows Phone 8X is a top-end device priced at Rs. 35,023 whereas Windows Phone 8S is mid-range device priced at Rs. 19,260.

HTC Windows Phone 8X has 4.3-inch (1,280x720 pixel - 342ppi) Super LCD2 display powered by dual-core 1.5GHz processor, Adreno 225 GPU, and 1GB ram. It has 8MP autofocus camera with a BSI sensor, LED flash and HTC ImageChip (Dedicated image processor) and 2.1MP secondary camera. HTC ImageChip is capable of delivering 1080p HD video recording at 30fps. For connectivity it supports 3G (HSUPA/HSDPA), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with dual-band functionality, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP and EDR, NFC, microUSB v2.0, GPS with A-GPS support and 3.5mm audio jack. It has 16GB of built-in storage and 1,800 mAh battery - Information regarding its battery type and life has not yet been revealed. It will be available in colors like California Blue, Graphite Black, Flame Red and Limelight Yellow.
