Lenovo IdeaPad A2109 Tegra 3 Tablet at $299 is now Available
Lenovo, via Best Buy in USA, has launched a new Android 4.0 tablet, which combines a 9-inch screen, Tegra 3 chip and 16 GB of storage, for a price of $299.
Although it has not yet been officially announced by the manufacturer, a new tablet by Lenovo made its appearance this week in the linear U.S. merchant Best Buy. Called IdeaPad A2109, it combines a 9-inch screen (22.86 cm), display of 1280 x 800 pixels that runs at a Tegra chip at 1.2 GHz, coupled with 16GB Flash dedicated storage.
The new Lenovo tablet stands out for richer connectivity, since it has both mini-HDMI connector that will connect it to a TV and a microSD card slot for expansion of storage. The IdeaPad A2109 also has a 3 megapixel camera sensor on the back, coupled with a second sensor of 1.3 Mpix in the front. It is equipped with a default Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system. Having weight of 400 grams on the scale to about 1.25 cm thick, it is now available for $299.
Recall that Lenovo launched its first Android 4.0 tablet in the United States last April. This IdeaTab S2109 adopts a 9.7-inch IPS screen with diagonal display of XGA resolution (1024 x 768 pixels), which therefore has the particularity to present 4:3 format.
