Apple wants to block US sales of 8 Samsung devices

After the verdict was announced last Friday in the U.S., it is the turn of the locking of the device in the U.S. sales to be at the root of the case between Apple and Samsung. The Cupertino, for now in a strong position, would like to see a ban of 8 devices of the Korean product on American soil.

Pending appeal of Samsung, Apple needs to focus on its record on blocking the unit sales in the United States. The hearing on the blocking of the sales of Samsung products in the U.S. is at 20 September: according to observers, there is little chance that the devices are removed from sale in the aftermath, since the Korean could ask blocking this procedure during the call. The life of a device in the trade is limited, Samsung could significantly reduce the impact of a crash through it.
