Skype version 5.10 for Windows, 5.8 for Mac OS X and 4.0 for Linux Download Available
The team at Skype has announced version 5.8 of its Skype VoIP client for Mac OS X users, and also version 5.10 for Windows and version 4.0 for Linux.
Skype 5.8 optimizes the features already introduced in the video conferencing software. The release of version 5.0 of its software to Mac OS X users has provoked strong reactions on the followers of the service. This version broke with the traditional user interface by introducing a new contact list features. Skype finally backtracked and announced that, it is now possible to resize the window.
Conversations conducted with Skype users on Android and iOS receive a slight update, taking into account the phone's accelerometer to the speaker to adjust the position of the window on the Mac. On instant messaging, Skype 4.0 for Linux offers a tabbed conversation management and better synchronization as well.
Skype finally goes in version 5.10 on Windows with among others also, with the ability to add contacts to their favorites.
