Huawei launches EC303C operator free USB Dongle. Telecom giants like Reliance, TATA, etc provides network locked usb dongle which works on their SIM authentication only. By breaking the chain of traditional dongle, Huawei releases Huawei EC303C USB device which works with any data operator. You just need to activate your data plan and insert sim in the same. It is now possible to choose your favorite operator and get the best out of data plans. Users can find more flexibility here by choosing the most preferred data plan and switch back to other as and when wanted without paying for the usb dongle. Any existing user can use the internet service with their current activation plans. EC303C Dongle offers freedom to use the service of its existing operator. This looks quiet a good to use dongle which doesn't has sim restriction. But I do not think wireless modem are so good in surfing. I had bough netsetter and it was just a crap. I discontinued the service and prefer to stay on cablenet.
