HIS Radeon HD 6970 IceQ Turbo & IceQ Standard Unveiled

HIS today announced the declinations of the Radeon HD 6970 termerd "IceQ", the most powerful GPU from AMD. The manufacturer is launching a systematic reference model of each of AMD graphics cards, which it eventually completed by a model promises a high potential for overclocking. Is this card really quiet or not? I'm always looking for a card relatively more powerful than my 5770 but also very quiet! I think it is even quite "cheap" as opposed to the price or it will be sold. They could have an effect on the quality / appearance of components. The aesthetics of the card is that important, really because still people have transparent towers, neon lights and everything?
