The manufacturer is launching a systematic reference model of each of AMD graphics cards, which it eventually completed by a model promises a high potential for overclocking. It will in this case had to wait seven months!
The family "HIS IceQ 6970" promises to a temperature of 23° C lower than the reference model despite a quieter operation, but not encrypted.
The massive cooling system makes these graphics cards to do this out of massive heatpipes, four in number, eradicating the heat of the GPU to a radiator with multiple blades on a single fan is blowing, sucking fresh air above but from below.
The "HIS 6970 IceQ" adheres also to the frequencies of the reference model. And its Cayman GPU computing units operate at 880 MHz, therefore, while the 2 GB of GDDR5 memory running at 5500 MHz. A factory overclocked model, the "HIS 6970 IceQ Turbo", meanwhile offers an overclocking anecdotally about 2%, with rates pushed to 900 and 5600 MHz respectively.
