There are ample of video calling solutions available for Apple iphone. I use skype for the same and a paid subscription of that offers a much more on it. I found that video conference is low on iphone if your telecom provides does not has better solution of mobile bandwidth. I was before blaming the app but that was really based on the network I was using.
