Visual C++ Redistributable - Error 1935

I am facing a problem with Visual C++ Redistributable installation. I had formatted my computer and freshly installed Windows Vista on the same. After installation I am getting error with Visual C++ Redistributable setup. As the system is completely new and it is formatted then I hope there must not be this kind of issue. I got the error when I tried to install Nero. The installation was started but somehow it stopped due to the error.

After formatting your system it is recommended that you run Windows Update. It will install all the essential and required components. Such error appear if Vista fails to find proper updates. You can scan for new updates and there you will be able to find a set of require installation files.
