    Unable to see folders in Windows Vista Mail

    Hello friends, i am having the problem with the windows vista mail, i am not able to get 'My folders', i can only see the inbox. Not able to see the sent, delete folder. I do not know what to do, please help me with this. Thank you.

    I would suggest you to take look at the panel where you are having inbox, over there click on on tools> folder option. When you get a new window opened then select radio button saying "Show hidden files and folders" and make sure that you are applying the changes. Once you do that and if you are able to see sent, delete folder appearing blur then right click on it, select properties, and UN-check "hidden option" and click on ok.

    Even i think that they might be hidden, Just try out the solution that Bontu has mentioned and post back the result you get. If you face the same issue further then feel free to ask.
