There is an small fix for that which I can hope can help you out. for that just right click on the desktop and then select Manage. Then at the very bottom left click on Services and Applications. On the right side left click on Services. Look for the line Volume Shadow Copy and right click > Property Then click start and see if it works. Thee are other more possible reasons for this. That is Drivers Video Adapter, Faulty video adapter, Problems with RAM, BIOS settings and Faulty motherboard.

Looks like something is not stable in your system. Try re-installing Visual C++ and then test back. You will have to re-install all essential software in your system. And also go ahead with driver update. An easy way here is to go ahead with Windows updates. Just go ahead with fresh windows update. This will give you with many important updates that will make your system more stable. Sometime recently installed software or updates cause the issue. You can here go ahead with system restore also.

Most of the blue screen appear due to hardware failure and driver bugs also. So you can start checking out for new drivers. For this you can try using a driver updater software. There are many tools like that. You can download the driver updater software and run it. The second thing you can do is test out the ram of your system and check whether this is proper or not. For that you can use memtest. This tool will give you information on faulty ram. I will recommend you to use this tool once and checkout.
