    Disable Windows Software Protection?

A new Windows Update from Microsoft has added "Windows Software Protection" to my computer. I hate this thing!!! It does not allow me to have a moment in peace. Every 5 minutes or so this thing pops up saying that there was a unwanted change or something like that. This thing is so annoying! Is there a way to fix this? Can I disable this somehow?

    Control Panel/programs and feature/view installed updates and right-click line/uninstall.

Not Sure What This "Windows Softwarwe Portection" Is But, It Sounds Like Windows Defender Is Allowed To Make Any And All Notifications Visible To You. You Can Open Windows Defender And In The Options, Disable Notifications If Your Computer Works Fine Otherwise Or, If You Have A Comprehensive Internet Security Suite, Try Disabling Windows Defender Altogether.

You can turn that thing off through Services. For that first you have to login in administrator account to make changes. Go in Control Panel and then look for Administrative Tools. In that look for Services. Search for Software Protection in that. Press S to locate the same. Right click on that and choose Properties. And under Startup Type select Disable from the drop down. This will turn off the service. You don't require to uninstall the same. Remember that whenever you run system restore this service will be enabled by default.

There is a tool which you can use to control various services of Windows. It is called as Service+. It is a kind of advance tool through which you can control various Windows Services. You can enable and disable various things at the same time. You can also monitor which services is working in the background. And this tool help you to remove those services which you don't require or which is not working. It is a paid tool. What you can do is download a trail and test the same. If this tool is effective then you can go head or else you can try the manual process.
