You'll have to make a bootable CD, and print the instructions on how to use!
Just to be sure, are you talking about a BIOS startup / system password, or
are you talking about a Windows Vista password? Was it a regular admin
account password, or a password-protected and enabled built-in admin account?
If this is a Vista admin account password you're talking about, and if your
built-in admin account is still disabled, AND if you can still log on to a
standard user account on the system, then there's a procedure for fixing
things without just killing the password.

That method (#2 would probably be what you want.) is less risky than simply
cracking the account. If you have encrypted data (that is important to you)
in the account out of which you are locked, it is especially important that
you consider carefully before moving on this matter.
