Cannot uninstall CISCO VPN client

When I try to uninstall CISCO VPN client I get the following message:
The InstallShield version is not supported on the Windows Vista Operating
System. Please use the MSI version.

I thought that VISTA automatically uses Windows installer 4.0. So how do I
use the MSI version to uninstall?
