"Memory Management" Blue Screen - Vista x64 Help!

I am using Windows Vista since past 3 months. For the first 2 months I used 4GB RAM (2 x2 stick) but later due to some problem i removed 1 stick and continued using on 2GB of ram. System worked fine for a month with 2GB but it has started giving me a problem. Every day atleast twice I use t get a Bluscreen saying something like:

    Memory Management
    Stop code 0x1a.

Any idea what has went wrong? How can I fix this Memory Management Blue Screen error? Many Thanks.

You should have also posted here the Event Viewer Log to analyze the problem properly. Just go to Start, type Event Viewer followed by Enter. Copy the log and paste it. Until then just try out running Memory Diagnostics Tool. You can do this by opening Memory Diagnostics Tool by clicking the Start (Orb)> click Control Panel> click System and Maintenance> click Administrative Tools> and then click Memory Diagnostics Tool. Choose between the two options for when to run the Memory Diagnostics Tool. Let us know the result.
