Unless you are really interested on having Nero Home, just open task manager. Then find the 3 processes that are running Nero Home (wether or not you selected it in the original install). They all start with NM (BgMonitor,IndexingService, IndexStoreSvr). right click the first one and select "Open File Location". With both windows open, first end the process in task manager and then delete the file in the file location. Do this for each one and the annoying error messages are gone. Every thing else still works fine.
