    Same old run32dll problem

    Hello! I have read all the posts but none of those work for me..
    here is the problem i have:
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
    Application Name: RunDLL32.exe

    Hi,

    What are you doing when this crash occurs? The application, rundll32.exe, is
    a generic process that loads routines from 32-bit library (.dll) files. The
    problem is unlikely to be with the process, but rather with the program
    making the call to load a routine. We'd need to know what application was
    calling for what file when this happens.

    the error occurs when i open folders containing videos (for example .mpg files)...

    Then it's likely being caused by a codec you have installed. Consider those
    that you have recently installed or updated.
