Hi,
What are you doing when this crash occurs? The application, rundll32.exe, is
a generic process that loads routines from 32-bit library (.dll) files. The
problem is unlikely to be with the process, but rather with the program
making the call to load a routine. We'd need to know what application was
calling for what file when this happens.

Then it's likely being caused by a codec you have installed. Consider those
that you have recently installed or updated.
